Glop aka Spicy Brie Dip

I found this somewhere on the web but don't remember where. It sounded fun so I tried it and fell in love with roasted garlic all over again.

Ingredient List

Roast garlic cloves by wrapping in a double layer of foil for approx. 1 hour at 350 degrees. Peel skin and cloves.

Peel the skin off the brie. I find it easiest if I put the brie in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then use a wire cheese slicer.

Put peeled brie in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for about a minute. Stir. Continue to microwave until the brie takes on a melted consistency.

Place the melted brie and roasted garlic cloves in a food processor. Pulse for about 15 seconds to blend. Add honey and pepper to taste. I usually end up using about 2 tablespoons of pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of honey.

Place "glop" in a small crock pot to keep warm.
